Me in a Nutshell

I am Kierstyn. Wife to my husband Nathanael, mother of 4 children Miley, Janessa, Joshua, and Joella, Christ-follower, worship leader, and blogger. I have been a hairstylist and makeup artist for 15 years, but recently retired. I held position as Deacon of Music and Deaon of A/V at our church and served in the worship ministry for over 20 years. I am a vocalist and song writer. I have been a business owner and entrepreneur for just shy of 10 years. My current work for Christ is as a spiritual coach through discipleship.

I am a sarcastic and funny person who loves to make people laugh, while at the same time overthinking everything! I love animals, and (the thought of) traveling (who travels with 4 kids??). I live for vacations, and will only wake up happy when I’m by the beach. I love my country, and will defend it from foes; foreign and domestic. I believe we were founded on Godly principles, and we are entitled to our unalienable rights.

Christ Jesus is my Savior, and I have been redeemed through His death on the cross. He is my reason, and the only reason why I write today. ❤

Why did I start this blog?.. This unbearable and undeniable weight that Christ has something to say through me, something to teach, wisdom to share, and I have something to learn. There is confidence that the good Lord can use my short comings and life experiences to help those around me.
